Position Overview
Operations/Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Fleet Maintenance, also helping drivers with scheduling their vehicle for repairs both on the phone and in person.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create Repair orders/ Service writer
- Check for preventive maintenance services based on vehicle milage
- Add additional jobs to the repair order that are found on vehicle inspections
- Review and close invoices
- Bill customers
- Schedule mobile repair service as need
- Communicate with customers and other departments within the company Answering status updates regarding the trucks
- Call dealers to check for warranty coverage / set up warrant repairs and appointments

Truck Service Point is seeking an experienced and professionally trained trailer mechanic to be a part of our team. Typical job duties include but are not limited to running diagnostic tests, repairing trailer vehicles, and performing preventative maintenance. The ideal person for this position will be eager to provide the best auto service and willing to communicate with companies’ drivers, and other Mechanics within the shop to achieve overall success of the shop.

Position Overview
UC Group is hiring experienced and motivated OTR Company Drivers to run consistent lanes throughout the Eastern half of the U.S. We’re looking for professionals who are flexible, efficient, and committed to putting in the miles. If you’re ready to earn competitive pay, work with a reliable logistics partner, and operate late-model equipment, this role is for you.
Drivers must be comfortable staying out for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time and must have strong time management skills for Hours of Service (HOS) planning and communication. Positions are limited and location-dependent.
What will you be responsible for?
- Running 2,500–3,000 miles per week across the Eastern U.S. (East of I-35)
- Following trip plans and proactively communicating with dispatch

Position Overview
UC Group is seeking a driven and results-oriented LTL Retail Sales Executive to join our growing logistics team. This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a hunter mentality, focused on driving new business within our Retail LTL Consolidation and Freight Brokerage sectors. The successful candidate will identify, target, and secure new customers while expanding UC Group’s footprint across retail logistics.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development focused on LTL retail logistics and consolidation solutions.

Position Overview
UC Group is hiring experienced and motivated OTR Company Drivers to run consistent lanes throughout the Eastern half of the U.S. We’re looking for professionals who are flexible, efficient, and committed to putting in the miles. If you’re ready to earn competitive pay, work with a reliable logistics partner, and operate late-model equipment, this role is for you.
Drivers must be comfortable staying out for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time and must have strong time management skills for Hours of Service (HOS) planning and communication. Positions are limited and location-dependent.
What will you be responsible for?
- Running 2,500–3,000 miles per week across the Eastern U.S. (East of I-35)
- Following trip plans and proactively communicating with dispatch
- Operating out of key hiring zones (see below), with preference for drivers who can park at or near UC terminals
- Managing HOS efficiently to hit daily targets of 550+ miles
- Starting early or finishing late when needed to maintain schedule flexibility

Qualifications:

Pay & Miles
- Base CPM: $0.60, with a realistic weekly mileage of 2,500–3,000 miles
- Performance Bonus: $0.05 CPM safety and operations bonus, paid monthly to eligible drivers
- Extra Stop Pay: $35 per stop
- Detention Pay: $25/hour after 2 hours, capped at $200/day
- Layover or Breakdown Pay: $200/day
- Holiday Pay: Additional $50/day for working on major holidays:
- New Year’s Day

- Home Time: Flexible—home weekly positions available with no set requirements
- Plates and Fees: IRP Plate: $2,200 (prorated based on start month, payable over 4 weeks) 2290 Tax: $650 (prorated based on start month, collected upfront)
