Position Overview
UC Group is hiring experienced and motivated OTR Company Drivers to run consistent lanes throughout the Eastern half of the U.S. We’re looking for professionals who are flexible, efficient, and committed to putting in the miles. If you’re ready to earn competitive pay, work with a reliable logistics partner, and operate late-model equipment, this role is for you.
Drivers must be comfortable staying out for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time and must have strong time management skills for Hours of Service (HOS) planning and communication. Positions are limited and location-dependent.
What will you be responsible for?
- Running 2,500–3,000 miles per week across the Eastern U.S. (East of I-35)
- Following trip plans and proactively communicating with dispatch
- Operating out of key hiring zones (see below), with preference for drivers who can park at or near UC terminals
- Managing HOS efficiently to hit daily targets of 550+ miles
- Starting early or finishing late when needed to maintain schedule flexibility

Pay & Miles
- Base CPM: $0.60, with a realistic weekly mileage of 2,500–3,000 miles
- Performance Bonus: $0.05 CPM safety and operations bonus, paid monthly to eligible drivers
- Extra Stop Pay: $35 per stop
- Detention Pay: $25/hour after 2 hours, capped at $200/day
- Layover or Breakdown Pay: $200/day
- Holiday Pay: Additional $50/day for working on major holidays:

Job Description:
Performs responsible work ordering and purchasing class 8 parts. This individual is responsible for maintaining a parts inventory and all pertinent records. Duties involve working with technicians, shop foremen, and customers. Work is performed under general supervision.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Create purchase orders
- Record and post parts issued to proper repair orders
- Communicate with all stakeholders and providing status updates
- Expedite parts to network of repair vendors
- Review backorder report
- Review and order based off of min/max reports
- Process supplier invoices
- Vet new parts suppliers
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
- Perform quarterly physical inventories and weekly cycle counts
- Special assignments and projects as assigned
Skills and Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a parts role
- Ability to maintain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must have good driving record and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate forklift
- Lifting requirements of a minimum of 35 lbs

This includes targeting new opportunities, daily conversations about freight lanes and requirements with clients, extending rates from our pricing teams and introducing the various logistics solutions the company has to offer. Adding new customers and growing current accounts from an LTL and TL perspective is an essential.

The Freight Brokerage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily brokerage operations, ensuring profitability, compliance and efficiency in truckload pricing, carrier management and freight execution. This role requires a strong background in Truckload pricing (spot and contract), carrier compliance and market dynamics, with at least 5 years of experience in the trucking industry. The candidate will lead team of brokers, manage carrier relationships, and collaborate with sales to drive business growth while ensuring service reliability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Team management – oversee daily operations of the brokerage team, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Provide mentorship to brokers on carrier sourcing and negotiation techniques.
